We are pleased to offer complete document and paper management as we are now able to scan and store your documents, in addition to our shredding and recycling services.  Not only will you be saving storage space and time, but you will see an immediate cost reduction, whether it be through employee time, storage rental, bar coding or shipping.  The turnaround time for receiving your scanned documents may be cut in half.  Our system creates bar codes that are customized to your filing needs.  Almost immediately your files will be available for retrieval and viewing.

We also offer professional document shredding services to individuals and businesses.  If requested, we will provide a locked container for collecting your sensitive records.  At a minimum of 100 pounds, we will pick up your documents and files and securely transport them to our facility, where they will be shredded and baled for recycling.  For those who have less than 100 pounds, we invite you to bring them in for immediate shredding.

C&L is dedicated to doing all we can for the environment which includes a clean air policy.  Mobile paper shredding requires the burning of extra fuel, whether it involves using a truck or generator, which also emit harmful fumes into the air.  We have a security system available that allows our customers to login via the internet and actually watch from their own location as their documents are being destroyed in our warehouse.

For every shredding job, a Certificate of Destruction will be provided upon request.  Our scanning and shredding services are just pennies per pound, and a small pick-up fee is applied to those businesses located outside the Clarksville area.  Please call
